Is the Up2date FTP site broken?

Hi,

I recently tried to go onto https://download.astaro.com/UTM/v9/up2date/ using various web browsers, but I'm unable to to view the directory list as usual - instead I get a popup window with a "download" link - is anyone else experiencing this?
