Site Blocked after Hosting Renews

Hi all, Yes a weird title but Im properly confused.

We received an email saying our Operations Site was down today, the exact same day the Hosting was renewed and one year after we published the site, this is an external website, our UTM has allowed traffic to it for the whole year but that stopped today.

We didnt have any exceptions but I created some today after these issues, still cannot get the site to load behind the UTM, Site loads outside the network but times-out inside.

Below is a entry from our Web Proxy log, Ive created an Exception to skip everything but still get the below

httpproxy[5201]: id="0002" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" name="web request blocked" action="block" method="CONNECT" srcip="Internal IP" dstip="**.83.154.***" user="" group="" ad_domain="" statuscode="500" cached="0" profile="REF_DefaultHTTPProfile (Default Web Filter Profile)" filteraction="REF_HttCffInterStandUsers (Internet Standard Users)" size="517" request="0x9427100" url="https://Our site.com/" referer="" error="Connection timed out" authtime="0" dnstime="8" aptptime="261" cattime="0" avscantime="0" fullreqtime="127210789" device="0" auth="2" ua="Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/93.0.4577.63 Safari/537.36 Edg/93.0.961.47" exceptions="av,auth,content,url,ssl,certcheck,certdate,mime,cache,fileextension,size,patience"

http requests end up on a hosting landing page, https connection times-out

If I access via http outside the network it redirects http to https and gives me a logon window.

We are not seeing this for any other https and http traffic so Im totally confused.

Anyone got any ideas?

I can only assume it was related to a Single Sign on Plugin we use to connect our Ofice 365 accounts, I was searching Web traffic to the site address, but it was Azure Servers being blocked, as soon as I create an exception for this the site loaded.

Bizzare coincidence that happens the day the hosting renewed to send me on a wild goode chase.
