Internet Dowloand Speed

Dear Experts 

I have a question regarding download speed. Lately, I download a 20MB document and I release the download speed is approximately 200-300kb/s.

1. Is the download speed restricted by Sophos UTM9 firewall? 

2. If yes, May I know where/how I can increase the download speed? 

Current Internet Speed: 50mbps

Sophos Model: UTM9

    If you're not seeing anything unusual in the Intrusion Prevention log, then the problem is likely in your NIC, the Ethernet cable, your modem or a failure to auto-negotiate speed/duplex between the modem and your NIC.
