Sophos RED 60

I have a Problem with RED 60 From Sophos.Running on SG330 with UTM Version 9.706-9 The RED 60 disconnects Traffic several times During the day. This Results in all Clients behind the RED 60 in not having connection to the Network.A Restart will solve the Problem for a couple of Hours and the Problem is back Up again.

Could the Case be my Configuration?

I have a couple of  RED 20, RED 15 and RED 10 for other Outlets which i would like to replace with RED 60 but since this RED 60 problem Im now not sure

Please Help

    In cases like this, I suspect other equipment.  Probably the ISP's device or connection or last-hop router or ???

    You could force the RED 60 to get a reloaded configuration by making a change in the UTM, saving and then changing back to your desired configuration.  Any luck with that?
