we're working on a SG230 w/o HA, latest Firmware (9.707-5).
The CPU utilization has been at 100% for about 4 days. Even a restart does not solve the problem (only for a short time).
I tried "/etc/init.d/postgresql92 rebuild", several reboots, change AV scan engine, restore a two week old backup, ... no success at all.
the main problem is that the SMTP service stops working shortly after the restart.
the same thing happens with the WAF engine.
there are hundreds of these entries in the WAF LOG, every minute:

SMTP spool the SMTP service shows "pending av scan" for every mail.
does anyone have a workaround?
