error DNS server failed to contact! new interface(s) found: waking up resolver System was restarted

I am using Sophos UTM 9.706-9. Internet stops working for 3-5 minutes, and automatically starts working again, this happens after every 30 to 40 min. I checked logs and found the following errors.

dns-resolver[4546]: DNS server failed to contact!
new interface(s) found: waking up resolver
System was restarted

Sophos UTM logs the above error every time net disconnects.

"System was restarted" - This doesn't fit with the other log lines.  If it occurred at the same time, then you may have an electrical problem in the room.  Or, you might be experiencing a hardware failure.

Otherwise, it appears that your internet connection is being interrupted.  There are several things to try:  first, check with your ISP to confirm that there are no similar complaints from others in your area; next, replace the Ethernet cable that's connected to your External interface; next, if possible, replace the cable that connects your ISP's modem/router to the outside; next, move your External interface to a different NIC in your UTM; next, replace the ISP's modem/router.  At which steep was your problem solved?
