outlook.live.com web reputation = suspicious?

Today 05/27/2021, our SG UTMs started denying access to outlook.live.com due to its reputation being set to suspicious. The reason given is related to PUPs. I suppose I could see some far fetched rational for this but, really, it's outlook online guys. Is that really what you intended for us to do? Have to put in a reputation exception for outlook online?

    We also started seeing this starting the last couple of days.  We also updated Firmware on all our UTM's to Version 9.705-7 (not sure if that is the cause).  Not only was it blocking outlook.com, but a couple of other banking sites as well.  With multiple websites affected, was having a hard time keeping up with exceptions, and all the calls from clients/users asking why a website they would also go to is now blocked.  Ended up having to go into each UTM>web Protection>Filtering Options>Categories>Criminal Activities, click on Edit and uncheck the box for "Potentially unwanted programs".  Obviously, this is not ideal, nor do we want to keep that unchecked.  Sophos what is the ETA on a resolution?  Thank you
