Adding a 4G Dynamic Wan IP Interface

Hello community, 

I have at my disposal a 4G Ethernet Modem and i would like to add a secondary WAN interface with it. Thing is, its public IP is not static and changes constantly. 

How can i set this up on my UTM (SG230)?
