Install Midnight Commander in Sophos UTM Home

It's not possible/supported to install Midnight Commander in Sophos UTM. 

I'd suggest you use WinSCP, check out the following KBA: 

• Sophos UTM: Backup log files from Sophos UTM 9 via WinSCP
