It seems like the redirection link has an extra Forward-slash (/) after the domain name.
The Initial URL is : http://www.astaro.com/lists/UTM9-Remote_Access_Via_SSL.pdf
It redirects to the ambiguous URL https://lists.astaro.com//UTM9-Remote_Access_Via_SSL.pdf
We have reported the concerned internal team.
As a workaround, for now, You can just remove the extra forward-slash (/) from the URL and it'll be accessible
