UTM blocking vTuner streaming

Hi,

I have big trouble streaming radio stations from vTuner. I tried to disable almost everything from IPS, antivirus etc, WebFiltering.

So problem is that I can't find anything usefull in the logs.

My SG135 have installed Firmware UTM 9.703-5. Can someone try to play something from vTuner like this Music station with UTM?

BTW:

Without UTM is working flawless ;)

Hi Robert, our SG210 is running 9.703-5 as well. I don't have a problem hearing music with vtuner at all.

Have you configured UDP Flood protection at Network Protection > Intrusion Prevention > Anti-DoS/Flooding > UDP Flood Protection?

Turning off IPS won't turn off DoS protection.

Hi H_Patel it tried solution you provided. But is not working. Can you try to open some vtuner radio station?

Hi jprush,

It seems that German stations works, but slovenia no. It must be something with vTuner.

Well if it play Germans station, so it is not UTM. Is something else ...

Hallo Robert,

Can you show a picture of what you tried that didn't work?

Have you looked in the Web Filtering log for related blocks?
