The Sophos UTM cloud deployment is only natively supported on Amazon Web Services (AWS). 

The other software and virtual deployment options are as follow: 

Installing the UTM image on your own server hardware or your preferred virtual environment, including VMware, Citrix, Microsoft Hyper-V, and KVM. Find out more about the UTM Software Appliance's supported virtualization platforms.

I looked at the thread you posted on six months ago.  It appears that the problem is similar to that with some inexpensive hardware.  People have described their solution in threads in the Hardware and Installation forum.
