Zoom meeting reconnect issue.

Dear Sophos Member,

      In our organization we are facing Zoom reconnecting issues. Showing error (Your Network is unstable). We have checked with ISP side while bypass Sophos firewall. but that time zoom meeting working properly. there was no issue while arranging zoom meeting. can u tell me exact issue?

    Could you check if you have UDP Flood Protection under > Network Protection > Intrusion Prevention > Anti-DoS/Flood Protection? 

    Do you have multiple WAN connections?
