Override hostname, like Patrick suggested, is ok, but why not use the "right" name in the "right" place?

still has issue in reflecting the domain name. is there any way to see the packets hitting the external or not & ssl packets rejecting logs.

even am unable to access the portal page using port number 443.on Internal connection.

Are you sure that your user-portal is using port 443?

yes. port 443 is configured.

At last found the solution, the gateway ip is dynamic, so it changed automatically, thats the reason the vpn and portal not work, so i manually login to my host domain and changed the public ip.

now everything seems working great.
