Second ISP - Problems !!

Hi guys,

Recently i turned on a second ISP on my sophos SG310.
After this I'm having a lot of problems, like web filtering and up2date dosen't work, don't receive any notifications. When i try turned on web filtering, or i don't have internet, or even with is turned on, the web filtering don't work at all.
After reboot my firewall, i received this 2 messages:

Up2Date prefetch failed: All 5 Authentication Servers failed

Http proxy not running - restarted

On interfaces i configured uplink balances the two interfaces as active, and the weight is 100 for both. After this, on Multipath Rules, i created rules for each network, like:

Source: Wifi Guest (Network ) , Service: Any , Destination Internet IPv4, By Source/Destination, and balanced to: WAN 1
Source: Wifi Guest (Network ) , Service: Any , Destination Internet IPv6, By Source/Destination, and balanced to: WAN 1
Source: Wifi Guest (Network ) , Service: Any , Destination Internet IPv4, By Source/Destination, and balanced to: WAN 2
Source: Wifi Guest (Network ) , Service: Any , Destination Internet IPv6, By Source/Destination, and balanced to: WAN 2

My firmware is: 9.705-3
Pattern version: 191514

Any ideas, whats going on with my sophos ?

Thanks,

    Hi ,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

Can you share the status of the interfaces? What is the current status of the Sate and Link for the new interface?

After configuring the Uplink interface, did you update the Masquerading rules under  Network Protection > NAT > Masquerading?

    Thanks,
