Sophos moved to a new Support Portal vendor. This is already tracked.

No, it's just the domain sophos.com that is failing.
The Email is send by a IP Address of Salesforce. As this IP is not included in the sophos.com SPF record, it will fail SPF and therefore you will get authentication tests.
You can verify this by looking into the header of your Email.
