OTP seems Broken - Every Time a user logs in a new Token is created.

Hi all,

 

Couple of weeks age, without any warning, we had massive performance issues sporadically in our network. After trying to figure out the issue for weeks, I ended up wiping the firewall. Since then all orks fine, except if a user is logging in via the user portal for the first time. they set up the OTP and then it gets prompted again. and again and again. Every time... 

 

anyone had this behaviour?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    When you configure OTP for users, they have to set up OTP on their first login with the user portal.

    If the user does not set up OTP on their first login and logs out from the user portal or session gets expired, you will see the same issue you are experiencing. 

    I would advise you to remove the user from the OTP/user portal and then add the user back to both OTP and user portal.
