Web Protection certificate has expired

Question

Hello, 
 we have a sophos utm 9.702 with Web Proxy and SSL Scanning enabled. 
 When i try to access the following url https://www.vinylit.de/ i get a Notification that the certificate has expired. In the same massage it says that the certificate is valid until Oct 10. 2020:

Valid from 
 Aug 13 00:00:00 2019 GMT

Valid until 
 Oct 10 23:59:59 2020 GMT 
 
 When i try to access the page without Proxy the page displays jus fine. 
 I dont want to add a ssl scanning exception for this site, since this should not be necessary...

can someone explain this behaviour?
