UTM - Microsoft Teams

Hi everyone,

I'm with a problem on my company, that happened when on Microsoft Teams, i have more than 2 useres on same meeting.
I have a lot of freezes and sometimes i lost the connection. I already made a lot os tests ( networking, ISP, etc ), and i think the problem is on utm.
Anyone can give me some ideas to fix this problem ?

    I think intrusion prevention is the point...

     

    Try an exception (especially for UDP Flood Protection) for using this services

    UDP

    Dest. Ports: 1:65535

    Source Ports: 3478:3481

     

    Normally also a firewallrule for UDP Dest. Ports 3478:3481 is needed.

    i am also faced with the same problem - can you clarify what do you mean by Normally also a firewallrule for UDP Dest. Ports 3478:3481 is needed.

    This is what i made for the firewall on my end;

    i have made some exceptions in the IPS section for UPD flooding (see attached)

     

    do let me know if i've made the adjustments correctly.
