If you click on 'Network Protection', 'Web Protection' and 'Email Protection' in WebAdmin, do you see activity there?  Is this a paid license or a free home-use license?

I'm using a free home license.  All showing no activity

To re-initialize all PostgreSQL databases (deletes all graphs and data, but does not affect the logs), do the following as root at the command line:

/etc/init.d/postgresql92 rebuild

Any better luck with that?
