Google Recaptcha

Hi guys.
This question is no directly about Sophos, but I guess can interest some of us.
In my organization I have now about 600 users.
Lately (I guess because of The Corona) there is much more users and much more use of the internet.
I guess because of that, we all getting very often the "Google Recaptcha" while using google search.
Any idea how to resolve it?

There should be an option to register with Google.

We have organizations with 25,000 users behind a public IP. Same problem with Google, but somehow solved.
