Migration tool to export SG-UTM9 config to XG

Can any one provide me the Migration tool to export SG-UTM9 config to XG.

i contacted every one Support [#9735679] and account manager but nothing please enlighten me is it (Migration tool to export SG-UTM9 config to XG) really exist or not ?????
