I got a vm with server 2019. It has AD & DNS installed it has 192.168.25.200/24 gateway set to 192.168.25.1
The DNS is for local clients and forwarder is set to eth0 of the UTM 192.168.25.1
eth0 has 192.168.25.1/24 as ip config.
eth7 of the UTM is set to 192.168.2.243/24 gateway set to 192.168.2.254 and two dns servers 198.153.194.1 and 1.0.0.1
On the UTM I can ping 192.168.25.200 (AD/DNS), 192.168.25.1 (eth0), 192.168.2.254 and www.yahoo.com
issue:
I can ping all clients in the 192.168.25.0 range no problem, I also can ping 192.168.25.1 and 192.168.2.243 (eth7) but not other ip's like 192.168.2.254 or ping www.yahoo.com for example. The DNS does resolve the ip for www.yahoo.com
Did turn off the firewall but no difference.
Did play with all ICMP settings no difference.
All other things work great, I just succesfully joined the UTM to the Server 2019 Domain all DNS in the domain and from UTM do work. Except the ping response I cannot get that to work.
