TAP Windows Adapter not showing after update

Hello all!

Recently we have updated our systems from Windows 1809 to 1909 and after the update we have noticed that some computers do not have the TAP Adapter available.
This results in the fact that some can not work with their SSL anymore.

Has anybody ever had this issue, and is it possible to fix without reinstalling the SSL?

Are you talking about the SSL VPN application from Sophos UTM? Would you please specify the product you're using?

Hi Jaydeep,

Yes! The Sophos SSL VPN from a Sophos UTM.
The UTM is running on Firmware 9.

But the issue does not appear in the UTM, but on Windows suggesting it is a Windows problem.
I was wondering if anybody had updated their Windows to 1909 and has had the same issue appear.

Hi Marvje

It does look like a Windows issue from what you've described. I'll still check this and see if someone else has noticed that issue.
