Sophos Home Commercial Use Edition

I am trying to sign up for Sophos Home Commercial Use Edition at https://home.sophos.com/en-us/employee.aspx. When I do, I am told that my company email address is not recognized. I am the administrator for our company account. We have Sophos Cloud with UTM, Mobile, Servers and Phish threat. Are we not eligible or is there somewhere I need to sign us up? I submitted a ticket, however I received a response that Sophos will not answer questions about the home use product.

    Please note that Sophos UTM Home Edition is for Home users only. If you already have tried a Home account with an Email address, you will not be able to obtain another Home Use License with the same account.

    Thank you for the response. The license I am tying to use is the Sophos Home Commercial Use edition. This is a Sophos Home license that is available to employees of companies that have purchased Sophos Commercial products. This is the equivalent to Sophos Home Premium in features, but available to employees at no charge.
