Certificate expiring warning persist after certificate is reissued and uploaded in UTM 9

I am running UTM 9.605-1

I had a certificate that was about to expire so I reissued it with my SSL cert provider, deleted the one expiring and uploading the new pfx file ...

The certificate in the pfx file is valid through 2021 ...  (i checked the pem file from my provider prior converting the cert to pfx)

UTM accept the cert but still shows the same expiration warning (with the same number of days remaining on the old cert I removed)

The icon next to the cert is green, and BOTH ends of the validity period show the start/end date of the certificate I removed ...

Is there something I need to do to flush a certificate after deleting it ?

Thanks !

  • Hi

You should raise a case with Sophos Support, they will do changes in the Object in order to correct this. However, this alert has stopped in other such cases after the expiry of the certificate. Would you please confirm if you're able to use the newly added certificate wherever you wished to use it for?
