L2TP VPN Dropping Traffic

Hello,

Have a L2TP VPN Setup and working on UTM9 however sparadically traffic is not reaching the LAN. When I do a packet sniff I can see it coming through the VPN and disappearing down a blackhole and its not getting dropped by the firewall as not appearing in the logs. Then with no changes it suddenly starts working again of its own accord.

Anyone seen this before?

Hi saxopete

Do you see anything in the VPN logs at that time? Any tunnel fluctuations or error messages?

Hi Jaydeep,

Nope nothing just dropped traffic - can ping reach some hosts but not others - nothing in the logs to help assist with the troubleshooting.
