STAS stops responding to requests and the log fills up until I restart the service

We have STAS configured for transperant web filtering. on occasion the it stops working and the log looks like this until the service is restarted. Once restarted it starts working properly

Any idea what could be causing this?

    Hi Matt and welcome to the UTM Community!

    What do you see in the log just before this starts appearing?  What do you see in the UTM logs when this happens?

    How long does STAS continue working after a restart?

    Do the Windows server and the UTM both get the time from the same source?
