Cannot install Remote Access Profile on iPhone

Hi there!

I'm experiencing a strange problem:

Just set up a Cisco VPN Client Remote Access on my firewall and wanted to download the matching profile on my iPhone using Safari. When trying to install the profile, Safari complains with "Safari could not install a profile due to an unknown error". Same problem on my MacBook Air - unable to install it.

Did someone else experience anything similar? It's a Sophos SG220, V9.601-5, iOS Version 12.1.4.

    I was able to install on my iPhone XS on iOS 12.2.
