Outlook for iOS not working with HTTPS scanning and decrypting enabled (Web Protection)

Hi,

When I enable HTTPS scanning and decrypting in Web Protection, Outlook App for iOS is not working. I get an error that there is no internet connection.

I see following errors in the logging:

2019:03:26-20:48:16 fw1 httpproxy[21357]: id="0003" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" request="(nil)" function="read_request_headers" file="request.c" line="1624" message="Read error on the http handler 106 (Input/output error)"
2019:03:26-20:48:16 fw1 httpproxy[21357]: id="0003" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" request="(nil)" function="read_request_headers" file="request.c" line="1624" message="Read error on the http handler 107 (Input/output error)"
2019:03:26-20:48:16 fw1 httpproxy[21357]: id="0003" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" request="(nil)" function="read_request_headers" file="request.c" line="1624" message="Read error on the http handler 110 (Input/output error)"

I suspect that the Outlook App don't use the root certificate that is installed in iOS. But is there anybody that knows how we can exclude the Outlook app for HTTPS scanning?

Regards,
Rijk
