Unable to RDP to Server 2019 while on SSL vpn - Server 2012 OK

Hi everyone,

I'm at a bit of a loss on this one so I figured I'd reach out for help.  We are in the progress of deploying Windows Server 2019, right now we have 2 'test' servers running server 2012 but you can't get that anymore via a windows VL.

I have one new server deployed with 19 on it, and the server has the same name as before, same IP as before, nothing has changed, except the OS.  I have RDP enabled and configured, but I am unable to connect when I am on the VPN.  Locally I can connect with no issues.  We are getting the timeout error.

Interestingly enough, I can connect to the server 12 box with no issues while on the VPN.

Here is what I've tried.

Disabled firewall on 19 -- time out

Checked Sophos fire wall config, added VPN pool to RDP access -- time out

Attempted different networks -- time out

Rebooted Sophos -- timeout

Rebooted 19 box -- timeout

Attempted ping, 19 box is reachable

Attempted trace route from VPN IP to 19 -- fail

Attempted trace route from VPN to 12 -- Ok

Performed tcpdump -- no acknowledge from 19 box

I suspect it is a routing issue, but I'm at a loss of where to turn next.  I apologize for the lack of data but I'm on my phone at the moment.
