We are a UK reseller of Sophos hardware and software.
Recently, when recieving quotations from our account manager for UTM, UTM SW Premium Support has been added.
I enquired with the account manager if this could be removed from the quotations as only Web Support or Standard Support was required.
However, we have been told that Premium Support is now mandatory with any new license or renewal.
Can one of the group please let me know if this is indeed the case, and it's not possible to license UTM without the upgraded support?
