UTM SG Future?

Hello Guys

Just wondering whether anyone has any info on the future of the SG seeing Sophos are now concentrating on XG.

Is there a list as they have for the XG in terms of what is being worked on for the future versions if any?

    There is no published end-of-life statement from Sophos.    They continue to patch bugs and add minor enhancements, but don't expect any big redesigns to UTM.    They are expecting new clients to buy XG instead of UTM, and they expect their sales channels to offer only XG to new accounts.

    There is no need to rush a migration decision.   We just renewed for several years because our UTM solution is working pretty well, migration to something else would be painful, and the preferred alternative is unclear.   When we do prepare to migrate, we will assess XG as well as options from other vendors, based on product state at that point in time.
