Configuration Backup

When I try to browse for backup container file it wants to look on the client machine for the file. Cant seem to figure out where the backup is saved.  I have tried to use the backup configuration from the web admin interface. Where is the documentation for this process?

    Did you create backups before? These are stored on the UTM, you could download them or get it via mail
