[BUG] OTP has problem with numbers in password

UTM 9.6, Users a synced with AD.OTP enabeld.

New user wants to log into User Portal. On the first login the UTM shows the OTP token to connect to the authenticator app on the smartphone. on the second login you can login with your credentials and the OTP.

But when your password contains 8 numbers at the end, the first OTP barcode page does not apear. The user cannot login to get the OTP-token.

Hi Jan, this is a known issue and is on the KIL for UTM seen here, https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/124067. It occurs when there are 6 or more numeric characters at the end of a password when using OTP.
