UTM 9.6 Software Backup / Restore bug?

I have noticed on my UTM 9.6 software install when I did a backup and restore,

it did not successfully set the "High Availability" section to "Off" and it was set to

something else, I believe Auto Configuration which because my eth0 is WAN,

and eth1/2/3 are br0 was causing some issues with my LAN devices ...

  • I think my main issue is that when you set to Off and perform a backup

and then a restore, you expect it to stay Off and not Auto :)

I think it was causing issues with my device on eth3 even though eth3 was part of br0.

I was not able to ping devices on that port at all, until I rebooted the UTM unit.

After that I found out it was set to Auto, and I've never had issues with Off.

  • A config restore on 9.701-6 still incorrectly sets the High Availability to Auto,

even though the settings are clearly set to Off when being saved and exported.

This affects ports eth1, eth2, eth3 because all three are a part of bridge (br0)

and eth0 is the default GW interface, and the unit marks eth3 as HA on restore.
