i am using UTM as virtual appliance. I have setup a DMZ Interface. Which works fine.
I now installed a Ubuntu Server in DMZ. Its using OTRS.
I can not send mails outgoing. OTRS can receive mails from external servers.
Virtual machine has DNS and Internet access.
I think OTRS configuration is fine. I now need to check the UTM configuration.
I have a masquerading rule for DMZ to External
I have a firewall rule for DMZ outgoing Any Any
