how can i exclude SMTP traffic from getting block for a country already blocked in my UTM?

i am blocking most of counties via country block in my UTM since we have local business and we want to limit the access to local area only

but sometime i get emails from outside US and i need them to go through but they are not, any way to do an exception for the SMTP traffic only with keeping

the country block

thanks

    one last question

is it important to add port 587 as shown in your answer?

  • Depends... Outgoing SMTP Mail port (TLS/Start TLS Port)
Used by various outgoing mail servers as an alternative to port 25.

So unless you're sure you're not going to use this port, it might be better to have it opened just like 25 en 465.
