This is a user-to-user community and not the right place for you to get purchasing recommendations.  You should contact Sophos Sales for your country and find a good reseller before buying.  You will want the reseller to make recommendations and thus have "skin in the game" when you spend money.

Dirk, I would caution against assuming that a first-time buyer could learn to use the sizing tool correctly.  Plus, there are times when it's off because there are some other things, like internet connection speed over the next three years, that can make a 230 adequate for 200 users or require a more-powerful server with a 250-IP software subscription.  It just takes some experience to know - folks like you and me.
