IPsec VPN to AWS always disconnected Need to automate the reset connection

Hi!

I have IPsec VPN tunnel to one of our client using an AWS..  but from time to time the connection is disconnected.. I have to reset the VPN by turning off and on the IPsec connection.

 

Is there some way to fix this??? . or it is possible to use a script on the UTM OS that automatic reset the VPN connection if lost?

  • I'm not seeing this with my clients, Karl.  You should be getting a notification that the tunnel is down.  Let's look at the IPsec log for about 100 lines before the notification.

    What is the endpoint at the client site?
