reverse proxy for jira servicedesk

Hello,

I am running UTM version 9.509-3 which supports reverse proxy. Also, I do not wish to change to XG as I have tried it and i really don't like it. It feels to me overcomplicated for no obvious reason.

So I would like to achieve the following, when someone goes to support.domain.com to do reverse proxying from issues.domain.com/servicedesk.

Sounds easy but so far i have failed to make it happen :(

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas how to make it happen (assuming it is possible.

Do you mean that you want to redirect a request for support.domain.com to issues.domain.com/servicedesk?

Hey Bob!

Redirect would be the worst case scenario but something i could live with. Preferably I would want to show only the support.domain.com as in reverse proxy way.

Well I think that's the difference between doing the redirect on the server itself and doing a Request Redirect with WAF. Have you tried this?
