Cyberoam UTM Reports are not showing

Hi everyone, We are using Cyberoam UTM model: CR200iNG-XP, FW: 10.6.3 MR-2.

Being busy with ongoing projects, no one was looking at the reports.

Today I've discovered that the reports are not showing anymore, checked firewall rule logging settings and appliance reports settings from GUI and CLS.

Everything looks fine to me. note that it happens on two different appliances.
