[9.092][BUG] Spam scan of outgoing messages

I am not sure what you are getting at?

Do you have scan outgoing mail enabled when using the host based relay?

In the email protection -> relaying tab, last panel tick 'scan relayed (outgoing) messages'.

I enable "Scan relayed (outgoing) messages". 
And I sent spam mail from the client allowed by Host-based relay (using telnet command).
SophosUTM didn't judge this mail as SPAM by commtouch.

When the same mail was relayed as incoming message, SophosUTM judged SPAM.
Therefore, I think that the SPAM check of outgoing message is not made correctly.

The online help says: Outgoing emails will be scanned if the checkbox Scan relayed (outgoing) messages on the Relaying tab is selected.

So if the mail you sent is a spam mail then it should be blocked. What do you see in the smtp.log for this mail at the line "ctasd reports"?

The difference between incoming message and outgoing message is only Host-based relay configuration and recipient address.
