[BUG] RED and ASG Behind NAT -> not working

Hi Helmut,

i have my ASG and my RED behind NAT. This seems not to work.
The Data Tunnel tries to connect to the internal IP of my ASG:

11:02:32.108070 IP 10.20.10.12.networklenss > 10.10.252.10.networklenss: UDP, length 68
11:02:32.108099 IP 10.20.10.12.networklenss > 10.10.251.10.networklenss: UDP, length 68
11:02:32.108207 IP 10.20.10.12.networklenss > 10.10.252.10.networklenss: UDP, length 68

This is my Setup: 

Home ASG (10.10.251.10 -> DSL Router (10.10.251.1) -> INTERNET -> DSL Router (10.20.100.254) -> Remote ASG (10.20.10.1) -> RED (10.20.10.12)

Any help for this Problem?

    Waht do you mean with, have to removed manually. What happens when I forget it?


    The RED device will keep this firmware version and won't update itself anymore until you remove that file. By writing a firmware version into this file you can force the RED device to pull  this exact firmware version. If the file is empty the RED device will use the firmware version as proposed by the red_server. So, the overwrite file is only for debugging purposes, not for regular usage.
