"Enduser-friendly" documentation for User-Portal

Hello Folks,

I am looking for an easy to unserstand piece of documentation for astaro's user-portal.
Especially the Mail-Filter related function do need some explaining to end-users.
How to manage black- / whitelists, how to use wildcards, how does mail-logging work.

It would look really professional and raise acceptance if we could hand out a manual like this to endusers.

If anyone knows of such a document, please let me know.

    Since the end-user portal is going to have different items in it for different users depending on what services they are allowed and if the administrator has disabled certain sections of the user portal, Astaro does not provide "end-user" documentation of this area.  Based upon your users needs, level of knowledge, and company policies you should be able to take a few screenshots and quickly write up a professional lay-persons guide to the User Portal that is tailored to your specific needs.

    DiePlage, I have a page that I developed a year or two ago that does what you want for the sections related to SMTP email.  If you'd agree to complete a section for another area, I'd be glad to email you my document.  Just click on my name to email me.  If you'd like to translate my document into German and add your new section in German, I would enjoy translating your part into English - then we'd have it in both languages.

    Hi there,

    with version 9 we provide a User Portal documentation in the Online Help and manual.
    You can find it in the Online Help (open Online Help with the question mark icon on top of the WebAdmin) in the penultimate folder "User Portal".
    In the manual (you find the manual in the Support > Manual menu), it is chapter 19.
