Update 8.000: Release and Download Information

Hi.

The 8.000 release is on its way. The ISOs and official announcements should appear in a few hours.

But you can already update to 8.000 per Up2Date package. I've uploaded it to the usual places.

Please note that the Up2date package will also be distributed over the
Up2Date server, so your ASG should usually download the package by itself.

    Its only for the beta 7.951 and up. We won't have an up2date package from 7.x to 8 at all; appliances will be able to "migrate" in mid august with a button push, but hardware cannot be 100% guaranteed on software installations, so for those you must re-install / restore a backup. This will all be outlined in the next hour or less via up2date.astaro.com as well, and the release notes.
