Please note that the Up2date package will also be distributed over the
Up2Date server, so your ASG should usually download the package by itself.

Ian, did you delete the "bad" file before downloading the new one?

Never mind, I do now see the up2date in the FTP server, but: FWIW, my beta install does not see the packages as available at all (and it did not download the "bad" one)....

Hi Bruce,
if it is any consolation mine didn't either. I downloaded it from the ftp site after allowing about 12 hours for the up2date to download it.

My ACC is broken at the moment, not sure what has happened. I am not near it to have a look and I have set the VM console to work through the ASG.

Restarted the host, it had lost the plot. The ACC found the new up2date package, downloaded it and I just finished installing it.

The firmware message just came through.

Hi,

Downloaded and installed and it working great, imported the config. from our old ACC v.2 and this of cource killed the 30 day trial license.

Registred for ACC v.3 on astaro.com and recieved a new license, this is also an v.2 license, how do I get a license for v.3?

mystaro will be updated to hand out V3 licenses shortly.

There is obviously a small gap between releasing and switching in myastaro.
The switch to new V3 licenses has been triggered, but it is not easy to keep
those to events synchronous.
