Cannot update sophos endpoint on Osx 10.12

Hi,

I cannot update Sophos endpoint (9.9.8) on computer with Osx 10.12 (sierra)

I have same case on 3 Sierra Imac. Is there any reason (end of support?)

Hi Shweta,

Is there anyway to solve my issue? I had to install antivirus from another brand in meantime but it's not a good way for us.

could you confirm me that Sierra is yet supported with Sophos EDR?
