Unable to connect Wifi to AP30

Hi, I have a few Sophos AP30 & UTM9. Previously it was working fine but nowadays it seems to be disconnecting wifi of devices by itself &/or the devices are connected but cant access to wifi. 

Did anyone went through the same problem ?

    I haven't gotten any similar reports yet, neither anything particular with regards to AP30.

     

    From your description it sounds like the association over wireless works but any further communication is stuck. Do the clients get IP addresses from the UTM? Is this a permanent issue or is it happening infrequently?

     

    For debugging this, the following things can be helpful:

    • in the wireless logs on the UTM you should see information about association of your client. The logs should contain your MAC address along with other information. This can be helpful for support - or you can post them here. Although it shouldn't be the case, please make sure that the logs do not contain any sensible information before you post them here.
    • If the client is actually associated, doing a packet capture on the client and on the UTM as the same time should help. Thereby you can identify whether packets are not forwarded correctly. Sophos support should be able to help with error isolation.
