Captive portal

Hi,

Is it possible to have a Captive portal with choices:

Voucher (one code)

Just name and Email address (And possibility to have a reports for this (Marketing)

Possibility to enter email address and receive the voucher code on this mailbox? And of course to have a report with all email address (Marketing)
